The City Charter requires DCAS Commissioner to report quarterly to the Mayor, the City Council, the City Civil Service Commission, and the Equal Employment Practices Commission on the number of provisionally appointed City employees (known as “Provisionals”), the length of their provisional service.
Report contains disaggregated information on families with children in shelter such as, but not limited to, average length of stay, school transfer rate for children, number of children who reside in shelter and are enrolled in pre-kindergarten. Note that this is a partial report with only DHS data.
This quarterly report lists all of the emergency feeding programs in NYC and all of the quantities of applications distributed reflect a quantity of “0“reflecting HRA's focus of submitting SNAP applications electronically.
In compliance with Local Law 50 of 2023, starting March 31, 2024, ACS submits quarterly reports regarding length of stay in ACS Preplacement facilities.
Each agency head shall then submit quarterly reports to DCAS, as well as
to the mayor, city council, and EEPC, on the agency’s efforts during the
previous quarter to implement the Agency Diversity and EEO Plan.
Report on average wait time to secure a vehicle inspection at assigned inspection facility as required under the rules of the commission. Such report shall also contain the number of instances when the wait for an inspection exceeds four weeks. Information disaggregated by vehicle type.
Reports on Termination: instances in which ongoing cash or supplemental nutrition assistance. Denial: a report on instances in which applications for ongoing cash or supplemental nutrition assistance were denied. Re-open after termination report: a report on reopened cases.
A report on the agency's efforts during the previous quarter to implement the plan adopted pursuant to paragraph 19 (annual plan) of Section 815(a), including details of agency's efforts to implement equal employment practices, including statistical information regarding total employmenT.
