Administrative Code Section 7-112, which was added by Local Law 40 of 2018, requires the Law Department to compile a report regarding certain Nuisance Abatement actions brought on behalf of the City of New York, and post that report on the Law Department’s website.
Section 23-1202 of the New York City Ad. Code requires the Chief Privacy Officer to submit a quarterly report to the Speaker of the City Council containing an anonymized summary of certain collections and disclosures of identifying information by City agencies.
A quarterly report on EDC’s expenditure, as well as, retention or designation of persons or organizations to engage in lobbying or lobbying activities before the council or any member thereof, the city planning commission, a borough president, a borough board or a community board.
Report includes the number of employees assigned to each fire company and special operations unit, by gender and race or ethnicity, and the number of employees who reside within the immediate service area of each fire company, by gender and race or ethnicity.
Report including (1) the number of opioid antagonists available; (2) the number of staff trained to administer; (3) the number of instances during the quarter it was administered; and (4) the number of instances in which the patient responded to the administration of an opioid antagonist.
Emergency Executive Order No. 539, is being submitted to extend Emergency Executive Order No. 537, dated December 26, 2023, for five (5) days, if this relates to Rikers.
Emergency Executive Order No. 538, is being submitted to extend EEO No. 536, Section 1, dated December 26, 2023, for five (5) days related to the humanitarian crisis including efforts to meet buses and provide emergency services as needed for individuals and families seeking asylum.
Emergency Executive Order No. 537, is being submitted to extend Emergency Executive Order No. 535, dated December 21, 2023, for five (5) days if this relates to Rikers.
Report on the scheduled arrival and departure times for each transportation site, and data points, including the time of day corresponding with the actual arrival at the first and last transportation site of each special education school bus route and general education school bus route for each day of the reporting period
Report on how the city has made use of identified risk factors in targeting enforcement of laws and rules relating to the delivery by pipe or usage of gas in residential and commercial buildings and the efficacy of such targeted enforcement.
