The findings of the Temporary Lien Sale Taskforce, required by LL13/2015, AC 11-356, incl. phased in, previous years’ increases in market value are still being reflected in the current
year’s assessed values. As a result, overall taxable billable assessed value (BAV)
increased by 6.3 percent.
