The Public Design Commission meets once a month. The meeting agendas are posted online three business days in advance of each meeting and published in the City Record. Agendas are also distributed to all City Council members, Community Boards, and City agency liaisons.

The Voter Analysis Report was mandated by the New York City Charter to conduct voter education and engagement by encouraging registration and voting by all eligible New York City residents; Identifying underrepresented voters; and increasing interest, engagement, and turnout.
