Emergency Executive Order No. 72, extends Emergency Executive Order No. 69, dated April 3, 2022, is extended for five (5) days, if it relates to the excessive staff absenteeism and address the conditions at DOC facilities.

Emergency Executive Order No. 63, extends Emergency Executive Order No. 60, dated March 19, 2022, for five (5) days. It is related to staffing issues at Correctional Facilities caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
