In compliance with Local Law 118 of 2005, the City conducts a survey once every four years of construction vendors purchasing EPP products. Agencies request purchasing data from vendors with relevant open construction contracts not subject to the more comprehensive Local Law 86 of 2005.
Local Law 125 of 2013 requires MOCS to report annually on preferred source contract awards made by City agencies, additional details of which are available in Appendix F.
For the FY2022 reporting period, MOCS worked to improve upon the data collection process for the Local Law 50 report. In addition to gathering information on food related purchases from the City’s Financial Management System, we reached out to all City agencies to independently confirm what, if any.
