Annual spending plans and aggregate position and salary limits are established for each unit of appropriation within an Agency. These plans are made annually, updated quarterly, and monitored jointly by OMB and the respective agency on a monthly basis (City Charter Section 106-b).
NYC Child Welfare Indicators Report: These reports, in compliance with Local Law 20 of 2006 passed by the New York City Council in 2006, includes data on 12 child welfare indicators, such as staff caseloads, investigations, and reunifications, for the most recent quarter and calendar year.

On or before September thirtieth, two thousand and three, and on or before the last day of every quarter thereafter, the mayor or his or her designee shall submit to the council and the comptroller a report detailing each small purchase award made pursuant to this section during the quarter.
