Annual Progress Report on the City's Long-Term Planning and Sustainability Efforts, PlaNYC/OneNYC. The report shall include, at a minimum the city's progress made to implement or undertake policies, programs and actions included in the sustainability plan or updated sustainability plan. It will also include any revisions to policies, programs or actions in the previous long-term sustainability plan, including the reason for such revision.
It’s been a year since the Mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice(MOCEJ) released PlaNYC: Getting Sustainability Done, the first climate plan of the Adams administration and the fifth in the city’s history. In that time,MOCEJ has achieved many of its goals and sub-goals.
New York City, a longtime leader when it comes to climate action, has made significant progress over the last 12 months on the ambitious climate goals laid out in PlaNYC: Getting Sustainability Done, its strategic climate plan. This Progress Report highlights that progress.
Report on complaints received concerning waterfront dumping, littering and improper handling and storage on the waterfront, summonses and notices of violation issued, amount of civil penalties imposed, changes made to the clean waterfront plan, summary of rules promulgated, and recommendations for improvements with respect to the clean waterfront plan
Report on the New York City Climate Protection Act by reporting annual greenhouse gas inventories, including changes in citywide and city government emissions measured in carbon dioxide equivalent achieved for the previous calendar year, relative to such emissions for the base year for citywide emissions. It shall also include a description of the programs developed and implemented, a list of the entities participating in such programs of which the office is aware and a description of the education and outreach activities developed and implemented.
Report on a study regarding the use of heat pump technology in relation to the anticipated use of such technology in connection with the implementation of LL 154/2021
