West Clinton Rezoning - N 110176 ZRM - In the matter of an application submitted by NYC Department of City Planning and Manhattan Community Board 4 for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution
relating to Article IX Chapter 6 and Appendix F.
The Judd Foundation submitted an application for a special permit, which would modify the use regulations of the Zoning Resolution. This will permit the non-profit insititutional use of the sub-cellar through the five floors of an existing building, located at 101 Spring Street in Manhattan.
The Department of City Planning filed an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution , which would modify existing requirements to keep arcades free and clear and allow moveable tables and chairs. This will apply to blocks bounded by Whitehall Street, Pearl Street, Fulton Street, and Front and South Streets in Manhattan and will allow for the facilitation of arcades in the area.
