Sexual Abuse Report – Pursuant to Local Law 33 of 2016, the Department is required to post by every July 1st on its website a report on Sexual Abuse Allegations for the previous calendar year. This report contains allegations of sexual abuse of an incarcerated individual by another.
This report is submitted pursuant to Local Law 2018 (LL141) and summarizes information related to social adult day care and senior center food service inspections results.
Report provides an analysis of the impact of the Intimate Partner Violence 101
(IPV 101) trainings provided to Department of Homeless Services (DHS) employees, who, as
demonstrated through pre- and post-training surveys, improved their knowledge of Intimate Partner
Violence (IPV), trauma.
