Flushing Saving Bank Rezoning - C040043ZMQ - This application was filed to establish a C1-2 district within an existing R2 zoning district on properties located on the
east side of 159th Street and north of Depot Road in Queens Communict District 7. The proposed action would facilitate the expansion of an existing bank building and would
allow accessory parking for 68 cars on-site.

Kings Material Co., Inc. submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would rezone property on the west side of 15th Avenue, between 37th and 38th streets, in Brooklyn. This will facilitate the development of a residential building. The application, C 040162 ZSK, is being considered concurrently with this application.

96 Spring Street - C 040201 A ZSM - In the matter of an application submitted by 96 Springs LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter and proposed for modification pursuant
to Section 2-06(c)(1) of the Uniform Land Use Review procedure for the grant of a special permit of the Zoning Resolution to modify the requirements certain sections.
This report revolves around the the application submitted by El-Ad Skyview LLC, which asks for a special permit allowing a 32-space parking garage on the ground floor and cellar of an existing buildign on 151 West 17th Street. The proposal was disapproved.
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding a proposed zoning map amendment to rezone an approximately 45,200 square foot parcel in the Clinton neighborhood from an M2-3 district to a C6-4 district, as requested by Verizon New York Inc. The rezoning would make zoning of the property consistent with the zoning on the remainder of the block, and would facilitate disposition of the property by Verizon New York Inc, and consolidation of its operations into a new facility to be located off-site. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding a proposed zoning map amendment to rezone an approximately 143,300 square foot, full-block area in the Clinton neighborhood from an M2-3 district to an M1-5 district, as requested by Verizon New York Inc. The rezoning would be consistent with the existing zoning on blocks to the north and east and would facilitate the applicant's plans to construct a new garage and support facility for its consolidated operations. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.

The project would facilitate the development of two, seven-story buildings to be named Diversity Houses as low-income housing and community facility space. The project was ultimately approved by CPC.
Lincoln Parking Garage - C040375ZSM - This application was filed to allow the continued use of an existing attended public parking garage with a maximum
capacity of 500 spaces in a C6-4 District.
88 Crosby Street - C 040382 ZSM - This application was filed to allow Joint Living-Work Quarters for Artists on the second and third floors, and retail use on portions of the
ground floor and cellar of an existing five-story building located at 88 Crosby Street.
Logan Street Rezoning -C040389ZMK - The Commission believes that this amendment of the Zoning Map is appropriate. The proposed rezoning would result in
existing residences becoming conforming and would create opportunities for new residential construction on previously vacant properties.
New York Society Library - C040399ZSM - The application for the special permit was filed by the New York Society Library on April 12, 2004 to allow a modification of the
bulk regulations of a 12-foot, 2-inch rear yard on the sixth floor of a community facility enlargement at 53 East 79th Street. The building is a New York City Landmark
and is located within an R10 zoning district.
In the matter of an application, submitted by the Department of Probation and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, proposing for the acquisition of private property on 416-426 Willis Avenue (Bronx) in order to continue its use as an alternative to detention program facility.
The Department of Sanitation and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for the acquisition of privately owned property on 72-11 Amestel Boulevard in the Borough of Queens for continued use as a garage.
