This report provides data on Commercial Rent Tax (CRT) liability at the taxpayer and premises level. The data sources for this report are taxpayers’ CRT tax year 2022 (June 1, 2021 – May 31, 2022) returns and CRT collections data from Department of Finance records.
Local Law 68-2020 requires that the New York City Police Department submit a report to the Mayor and the Speaker of the City Council by January 31 of each year on the Department’s use of the early intervention system during the previous year.

On August 31, 2016, Mayor de Blasio signed Local Law 102 of 2016 requiring a designated agency to review requests and to develop a list of ‐ at minimum ‐ three neighborhoods where interagency collaboration, or a “neighborhood support team,” would address quality of life issues.
