This report provides an overview of the Waterfront Management Advisory Board’s (WMAB) meetings in 2019. The WMAB advises the City on matters related to the waterfront and waterways and guides the Department of City Planning (DCP) on the development of the Comprehensive Waterfront Plan.
On August 31, 2016, Mayor de Blasio signed Local Law 102 of 2016 requiring a designated agency to review requests and to develop a list of ‐ at minimum ‐ three neighborhoods where interagency collaboration, or a “neighborhood support team,” would address quality of life issues.
This report discusses the Commission’s review of IAB investigations and the administrative disciplinary cases adjudicated by the Department between October 2016 and September 2018.
NYC Child Welfare Indicators Report: These reports, in compliance with Local Law 20 of 2006 passed by the New York City Council in 2006, includes data on 12 child welfare indicators, such as staff caseloads, investigations, and reunifications, for the most recent quarter and calendar year.
The CCRB Semi-Annual Report contains data on complaint activity, CCRB investigations, the NYPD disciplinary process, CCRB mediations, requests for case reconsideration, video and body-worn cameras, CCRB outreach, and new CCRB initiatives for the preceding January-June.
Report on the Board's activities and actions. For each investigation initiated pursuant to section 441 on acts of bias, report shall include such investigation’s date of initiation, current status and any date of completion or termination, a description of any investigative findings and recommendations set forth in a written statement of final determination and a description of any written reports from the police commissioner in response to a written statement of final determination.
