In accordance with Local Law 14, this report provides number of inspections conducted; permits or licenses revoked by DOHMH of child care services annually.

It also addresses the chronic health conditions that are associated with a disability. Finally, the report features recommendations for health care providers on addressing the multiple needs of this population and for community-based organizations on providing supportive services for these individuals.
