In compliance with Local Law 44 of 2013 passed by the New York City Council, ACS posts quarterly and annual Incident Reports for Detention, Non-Secure Placement and Limited Secure Placement.
Community Board are required to submit this information every two years. Community Board 7 does not share identifying information with the public nor agencies unless it is specifically required for constituent case.

CCPC issued its Twentieth Annual Report on June 23, 2022. The Report covers the audit of IAB investigations reviewed during the 2019 and 2020 calendar years and a review of closed disciplinary cases and, statistical analyses of cases adjudicated between October 2018 and December 2020.

The Public Design Commission’s 2021 annual report provides data on the PDC’s review of submissions as required by Local Law 17 of 2017. The report gives an overview of our collaborative interagency initiatives to streamline design review and improve the City’s public spaces for all New Yorkers.
This report is issued to the Mayor and the Speaker of the City Council in accordance with Local Law 185 of 2017, which mandates annual reporting on the city’s immigrant population and MOIA’s activities during the previous calendar year. This is the fifth such report, covering calendar year 2021.
