In 2014 the Green Infrastructure Program updated standards for Right-of-way Bioswale designs, and created a standard design for a Right-of-way Rain Garden. $36 million dollars was committed in 2014 toward the construction of green infrastructure in underserved parks spaces, in support of the New York City Community Parks initiative.
