Local Law 22 (2015) requires MOCS and the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to report on the status of worker cooperative businesses in the City. The report includes the dollar value of city contracts awarded to worker coops, number of coops applying for assistance, and other information.
This report is compiled in accordance with the requirements of New York City Ad. Code Section 23-1202, which requires the Chief Privacy Officer to submit a quarterly report containing an anonymized compilation or summary of such collections and disclosures to the Speaker of the City Council.
