Emergency Executive Order No. 381, is being submitted to extend Emergency Executive Order No. 377, dated April 5, 2023, for five (5) days, if this relates to Rikers.
Report including, but not limited to (a) for each community school district, the total number of students who enrolled in grades pre-kindergarten, kindergarten or six in a school located in such community school district in the current school year; and (b) for each school, the total number of students who enrolled in grades pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, six or nine in such school, as applicable, in the current school year
Report regarding public complaints received by the department for the preceding year, including the total number of complaints disaggregated by the mechanism through which the complaint was submitted and a summary of relevant outreach activities
Report describing implementation of the vaccination plan for the vaccination efforts specifically serving homebound seniors, including the number of doses administered and the total number of homebound seniors fully vaccinated through those efforts, disaggregated by zip code, and any obstacles to implementation of such plan
List of properties with 20 or more units identified by block and lot number with identity of mortgagee plaintiffs for which notice has been provided under 27-2109.1(a)
A report on multi-agency response to community hotspots (MARCH) operations consistent with paragraph 3 of Charter Section 20-d(e) (2). For the purposes of this section, the term “multi-agency response to community hotspots operation” or “operation” means an enforcement effort involving multiple city agencies or offices directed at an establishment which has been the source of community complaints, coordinated by the police department’s civil enforcement unit
