Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the CCRB and the NYPD, CCRB produces a quarterly Administrative Prosecution Unit report on APU operations that includes statistics, docket information, current issues and case squibs.
In compliance with Local Law 44 of 2013 passed by the New York City Council, ACS posts quarterly and annual Incident Reports for Detention, Non-Secure Placement and Limited Secure Placement.
This report includes descriptive statistics by field operations location, on: the size and demographics of the client population; levels at which financial assistance and social services are requested and granted; time frames for the provision of services; and data on case closings and re-openings.

Pursuant to local law 56/2018, this quarterly report contains the total number of consent searches, and consent searches disaggregated by race, gender, age, and precinct.
Pursuant to Admin Code Sect. 14-178, this quarterly report contains information on the # of 1) Special Victims Division (SVD) case management system audits 2) non-SVD units and non-SVD personnel that accessed the case management system during the previous quarter and 3) improper access
