This is the City's Fiscal 2006 Mayor's Management Report (MMR). The report contains narrative, data tables and charts describing the performance of the City and its agencies during the fiscal year (July through June). The MMR, mandated by Section 12 of the City Charter and serving as a public report card on City services affecting New Yorkers, is released twice a year (PMMR and MMR).
