This report is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Section 23-1202 of the New York City Administrative Code, which requires the Chief Privacy Officer to submit a quarterly report containing an anonymized compilation or summary of such disclosures to the Speaker of the City Council.
An estimate of the fiscal impact of such assistance upon the revenues and expenditures of the city during (i) the fiscal year in which such assistance commences, (ii) the succeeding fiscal year, and (iii) the first fiscal year in which the full fiscal impact of the project is expected to occur.
CCPC collects and retains various documents from the NYPD that contain identifying information. These documents are reviewed and analyzed in order for us to make recommendations and findings regarding the NYPD's anti-corruption systems.
