WHEREAS, on September 2, 2021, the federal monitor in the Nunez use-of-force class action stated steps must be taken immediately to address the conditions in the New York City jails; and
WHEREAS, excessive staff absenteeism among correction office
This Final Letter Report concerns the New York City Comptroller’s audit of the New York County District Attorney’s Office’s (DANY’s) provision of translation services. The objective of this audit was to determine whether DANY is providing translation services.
In compliance with Local Law 142 passed by the New York City Council in 2017, ACS submits an annual report on educational continuity and school attendance rates of children in foster care.
The City Record newspaper publishes notices which includes but is not limited to: public hearings and meetings, public auctions and sales, solicitations and awards and official rules proposed and adopted by city agencies.
The Daily Shelter Census report contains statistics for the prior calendar day immediately preceding such weekday, excluding holidays. Reports various statistics such as, but not limited to the number of individuals, families, children (disaggregated).
CHS publishes a weekly data report in response to City Council Local Law 59 related to the outbreak of infectious diseases in city jails during public health emergencies.
Pursuant to Admin Code Sect. 14-153(a), this monthly report contains 1) the number of moving violation summonses issued; 2) the number of traffic crashes; and 3) the number of traffic-related fatalities and injuries
