Mayor de Blasio announced that with warm weather in the weekend forecast, the NYPD and the DOT would continue their new Vision Zero safety campaign, “Warm Weather Weekends.”

First Lady Chirlane McCray announced the launch of “We Are LGBTQ Youth,” a new ad campaign aimed at increasing the visibility of LGBTQ youth and connecting them to LGBTQ-affirming services available across the City.
Mayor de Blasio began the press conference by addressing news of the sex crimes the NY Attorney General committed, then moving onto recent crime statistics for the City.
Mayor de Blasio appeared live at City Hall to discuss a multitude of issues, some of them being the legalization of marijuana, his new implementations on safe injection sites, and the new executive budget put out by the Mayor.
