Sexual Abuse Report – Pursuant to Local Law 33 of 2016, the Department is required to post by every July 1st on its website a report on Sexual Abuse Allegations for the previous calendar year. This report contains allegations of sexual abuse of an incarcerated individual by another.
Pursuant to Local Law 132 of 2019, the Department is required to report on a monthly basis an aggregate report on non-production of individuals in custody to scheduled medical appointments. The data within the report represents the non-unique number of incarcerated individuals who were not produced.
Language access implementation plans requires every covered agency shall provide language access services for all designated citywide languages. Such language access services shall implement a plan to describe how language access services will be provided to individuals in custody.
