The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an Urban Development Action Area designation, project approval and disposition of city-owned property. This will facilitate the development of a mixed-use building, located at 136-50 Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn. It is tentatively known as Navy Green. The applications, C 090444 ZMK and C 090445 ZSK, are being considered concurrently with this application.
The Administration of Children's Services and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services submitted an application for acquistion of property in the Bronx. The property is located at 3261 Third Avenue and this action will facilitate the continued use of the site as a child care center.

A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by 150 Charles Street Holdings LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for a special permit pursuant to Sections 13-562 and 74-52 of the Zoning Resolution to allow an attended public parking garage with a maximum capacity of 110 spaces on the cellar level of a proposed building on property located at 150 Charles Street in Manhattan, Community District 2. The request was ultimately approved by CPC subject to various terms and conditions.
