Lincoln Center Development Project, Inc. filed an application for an amendment to the City Map to eliminate, discontinue, and close streets in Manhattan. This will facilitate Lincoln Center's West 65th Street plan, which would transform and improve Lincoln Center to create a more welcoming environment.
The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment to the Zoning Map, which would change, eliminate and establish districts in Manhattan. The applications, N 050161(A) ZRM and C 050163 PCM, are being considered concurrently with this application.
West Chelsea Highline - N 050161 A ZRM - in the matter of an application submitted by the Department of City Planning for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, relating to the elimination
of the Special Mixed Use District-3 and the creation of the Special West Chelsea District in Article IX, Chapter 8.
Millenium Hilton Hotel - C050252ZSM - The application for the special permit was filed to allow for the modification of an eisting urban plaza for which a floor area bonus has been
granted at 55 Church Street. The modificatios would include the enlargement and the improvement of the urban plaza and the introduction of an open air cafe.
Cornerstone Site 2 - C050212HAM - Approval of this application would facilitate construction of an eight-story residential building containing 21 residential units.
96 Spring Street - C 040201 A ZSM - In the matter of an application submitted by 96 Springs LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter and proposed for modification pursuant
to Section 2-06(c)(1) of the Uniform Land Use Review procedure for the grant of a special permit of the Zoning Resolution to modify the requirements certain sections.
Melrose Commons / Cornerstone - C050214HAX Approval of this application would facilitate construction on three sites in the Melrose Commons Urban Renewal Area
tentatively known as Melrose Commons Cornerstone sites. These developments would generate 232 units of housing primarily targeted towards low and middle income
families.
East Clarke Place - C050228HAX Approval of this application would facilitate construction of a thirteen story residential building containing 102 dwelling units for
low to moderate income families and formerly homeless families.
Melrose Apartments - C050259HAK - The proposed project woudl develop vacant city-owned land thereby eliminating a blighting influence in the neighborhood. The proposed
project would add sorely-needed affordable housing for low income persons to the community and contribute to the revitalization of the area.
Offerman Building - N050389HKK - The landmark site is located in a C6-4.5 zoning district. With an allowable floor area ratio of 12, the zoning lot could be developed with approximately
340,500 square feet of floor area. Considering the size of the Offerman Building, there are approximately 184,410 square feet available for transfer.
