Toll Brooklyn LP submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would change and establish districts along Bond Street, between Carroll Street and Second Street, on the western edge of the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn. This will facilitate the development of a mixed-use project, consisting of residential buildings, with commercial, community and open space for use.
