The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which is aimed to help improve traffic conditions in Staten Island. This is a joint effort by the Department of City Planning and the Mayor's Staten Island Transportation Task Force. The current traffic pattern of the borough is slow and hazardous, and this amendment hopes to improve vehicular connections of the area.
