Alexander Muss and Sons filed an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map to facilitate the construction of a large scale residential development. The area extends over the Seacoast Terrace, Brightwater Avenue and Brighton 14th Street in Brooklyn and the space will be used for housing, offices, and parking, as well as other public and private services. An amendment to the City Map (C 910479 MMK) and the grant of special permits (C 910480 ZSK) are being considered concurrently with this application.
