City Island Estates, LLC submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would change districts on the property bounded by Fordham Street, the Long Island Sound, Caroll Street and Fordham Place. This will facilitate the development of a residential building, located at 226 Fordham Place in the Bronx. This development project is known as the On The Sound At City Island development project. The applications, C 060289 ZSX, N 060290 ZAX, N 060291 ZCX, and N 060292 ZCX, are being considered concurrently with this application.
