City Planning Commission Report (C 130139 ZSM)
A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by MSG Holdings, L.P. pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for the grant of a special permit pursuant to Section 74-41 of the Zoning Resolution to allow an arena with a capacity in excess of 2500 seats. The permit would facilitate the continued use and operation of Madison Square Garden in Manhattan's community district 5. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see N 130137 ZRM, N 130138 ZCM, and C 130140 ZSM for applications filed concurrently with this one).
