Audit Report on the Effectiveness of the Department of Parks and Recreation's Parks Inspection Program: Staten Island Playgrounds Report (7R12-099A)
From an audit conducted on the New York City Parks and Recreation Department (DPR), it was found that the officials of the Operations and Management Division (OMP), part of the Parks Inspection Programs (PIP), adequately inspected the Staten Island playgrounds. In addition, hazardous conditions were adequately reported and actions have been taken. Recommendations have been made to maintain this efficency.
