A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by 150 Charles Street Holdings LLC pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, Article 1, Chapter 5 concerning Section 15-41 to allow for a waiver of the open space requirements contained in Section 15-12 for the portion of a building being converted to residential use and to allow the maximum FAR to be achieved on the subject site irrespective of the site meeting its required heigh factor or open space requirements. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see N 070395 ZAM for applications filed concurrently with this one).
