The Department of City Planning submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which would modify the provisions of the Special Planned Community Preservation District as they pertain to Sunnyside Gardens, located in Queens. These changes will establish uniform bulk regulations, eliminate existing special permit requirements for development, enlargement, or alteration of landscaping or topography, and modify curb cut restrictions.
