A report by the City Planning Commision on the disposition of two city owned properties, 61 East 53rd Street and 2013 Nostrand Avenue, pursuant to zoning as requested by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), Division of Real Estate Services (DRES). The request was ultimately approved by the City Planning Commission on the condition that the former of the two locations be sold, at first attempt, with a restriction for accesory, extension, or enlargement uses only. Should this fail, then the disposition would be pursuant to zoning.
