Audit Report on the Department of Housing Preservation and Development's Administration of the Affordable Neighborhood Co-operative Program
The Audit report found that the maintenance charges for converted ANCP buildings fell within HUD's affordability standards. To help ensure that buildings remain affordable to target households, etc., HPD enters into regulatory agreements with the boards of converted co-ops.
