Fordham University submitted an application for a special permit to allow a parking garage on the ground floor, cellar, and sub-cellar levels of a proposed mixed-use building. The building will be located on the northwest corner of the block bounded by Columbus Avenue, Amsterdam Avenue, West 60th Street, and West 62nd Street in Manhattan. The applications, C 050260 ZSM, C 050271 ZSM, N 090170 ZRM, N 090171 ZAM, and N 090172 ZAM, are being considered concurrently with this application. Together, these actions will facilitate the expansion of the Lincoln Center Campus of Fordham University.
