A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by 400 Fifth Realty LLC and 401 Fifth Reality LLC pursuant to Section 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, Article 8, Chapter 1 concerning Section 81-212 and 81-81 and the addition of Section 81-85 to facilitate the construction of a 57 story mixed use building with approximately 389 residential units, 200 hotel rooms and about 28,707 square feet of retail space on the south west corner of Fifth Avenue and West 36th Street, Community District 5, Manhattan. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (see C 070469 ZSM and C 070470 ZSM for applications filed concurrently with this one).
