A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application for the disposition of city-owned property located at Food Center Drive and Halleck Street on the Hunts Point peninsula in the Bronx, filed by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services and Small Business Services. NYC Economic Development Corporation (EDC) would lease the property to H.P. Alternative Fuel Facility who will develop, operate, and maintain the alternative fueling facility, which would provide traditional diesel and gasoline along with Bio Diesel and compressed natural gas. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.
