This Office of Management and Budget Report shows a submission by the City for review by the Financial Control Board Modification No. 09-3 to the Financial Plan for the City and Covered Organizations for fiscal years 2009-2013. These modifications address projections of revenues and expenditures, projections of cash sources and uses, capital plan funding source, borrowing schedule, and capital plan.
