Fordham University submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Resolution, which would modify the requirements for curb cuts on wide streets for off-street loading berths in the Special Lincoln Square District of Manhattan. This will facilitate access to the off-street loading berths, which will serve community facility uses in a proposed development by the school. The site is bounded by Columbus Avenue, Amsterdam Avenue, West 60th Street and West 62nd Street. The applications, C 050260 ZSM, C 050269 ZSM, C 050271 ZSM, N 090171 ZAM, and N 090172 ZAM, are being considered concurrently with this application. Together, these actions will facilitate the expansion of the Lincoln Center Campus of Fordham University.
