The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated 94 Greenwich Street, located at 14-18 Rector Street in Manhattan, as a city landmark. It was constructed in 1799 to 1800 and is one of the oldest houses in Manhattan, representing the Federal period and style. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
