City Planning Commission Report - Amendment of Zoning Map, Courtlandt Crescent/Melrose Commons (C 110115 ZMX)
The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an amendment of the Zoning Map, which would rezone the block bounded by 162nd Street, Melrose Avenue, 163rd Street and Courtlandt Avenue in the Bronx. This will facilitate the construction of a mixed-use development, known as Courtlandt Crescent, within the Melrose Commons Urban Renewal Area. The following applications, C110114HUX and C110116HAX, are being considered concurrently with this application.
