A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding the historic district designation of the Manhattan Avenue Historic District by the Landmarks Preservation Commission on May 15, 2007 (Designation List No. 392/LP-22256), comprised of three blocks located in Community District 7, Manhattan.
