A report by the City Planning Commission (CPC) regarding an application submitted by Thomas Klein LLC pursuant to Sections 197-c and 201 of the New York City Charter for an amendment of the Zoning Map, Section No. 13b to rezone a M1-2 District to an R7-1 District and establishing within the proposed R7-1 District a C2-4 District. Approval would facilitate the development of two six-story residential buildings containing 110 residential units and ground floor community facility and commercial space located on the south side of Wallabout Street and the north side of Flushing Avenue, between Lee and Bedford Avenues, in the South Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 1. The request was ultimately approved by CPC.
