NYC Government Publication

The Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the 23 Park Place Building, located at 20 Murray Street in Manhattan, as a city landmark. It was built in 1856-1857 and is an example of the architecture of the mid-nineteenth century. This designation does not conflict with the Zoning Resolution or any plans for development in the area.
