The Department of Housing Preservation and Development submitted an application for an amendment to the Fresh Creek Urban Renewal Plan, which would change designated land uses of various sites, modify restrictions, update the timetable for the implementation of the plan, extend the expiration date and modify urban design controls. This will facilitate the development of Gateway Estates II, a mixed-use development with residential, retail and community space and park land. The applications, C 080089 MMK, C 090079 ZMK, C 090081 ZSK, and C 090082 HAK, are being considered concurrently with this application.
