Local Law 88 of 2016 - Deployment Law
An annual report detailing the total number and percentage of active duty officers in each precinct, housing police service area, and transit district, that fall into any of the following categories: have two or more substantiated Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) cases filed against them within the last three years, have been suspended by the Internal Affairs Bureau (IAB) within the last five years, have been found using excessive force within the last three years, or have been arrested within the last ten years.
