Executive Order 67
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services shall promulgate a Personnel Services Bulletin requiring that before the NYPD fill any senior position, they must conduct a meaningful interview for at least one qualified applicant who is of a race underrepresented in senior positions at the NYPD
