The amendment would allow the enlargement of buildings containing loft dwellings within area B1 of the Special Tribeca Mixed Use District, Manhattan. It would also facilitate the conversion and enlargement of an existing building in Northern Tribeca. The request was ultimately approved by CPC (See C 050282, 050283, 050284, and 050285 ZSM for applications filed concurrently with this one).
